Access to the Platform requires a compatible internet-connected device and an up-to-date web browser. lkb8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by factors outside its direct control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
lkb8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of locally supported payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Details are available within the Cashier section of your Account.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed as promptly as possible, typically within 10 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. lkb8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. lkb8 does not impose platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider, bank, or e-wallet may apply its own transaction fees, for which lkb8 accepts no responsibility. All balances and winnings are held and paid in MYR.
Third-Party Payment Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including those belonging to friends or family members — will be declined and may result in Account suspension.
lkb8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement.
lkb8 employs sophisticated monitoring tools to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; and coordinated activity between multiple Players. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have its bonuses voided and its Account suspended or permanently closed, with any associated balance forfeited.
Players who deposit using supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) are eligible for an exclusive 2% deposit bonus on each qualifying crypto deposit, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per deposit. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard AML verification. Bonus funds, free bet credits, and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may be forfeited upon Account closure.
Players may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting lkb8 support. Account closures requested on responsible gambling grounds will be processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
All intellectual property rights in the lkb8 Platform, including but not limited to its software, design, branding, trade marks, logos, game interfaces, and content, are owned by or licensed to lkb8. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, displayed, published, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of lkb8. Unauthorised use of lkb8's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Game content available on the Platform is the property of the respective game studios. All third-party trade marks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence.
lkb8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
